When The Warner Bros. Studio Tour outgrew its home on the ground floor of a corporate office building, Profeta Royalty was commissioned to design the new Tour Center, a seven-story mixed-use building and 1,013 car parking garage.
The tour center occupies the entire ground floor with Arrival Hall, Screening Rooms, Exhibit, Café and Retail. An exhibit expansion zone occupies the basement and staff offices are on the second floor. Two seventy-seat theaters accommodate guests for the pre-tour screening and one twenty-eight-seat theater and lounge is reserved for the VIP guests.
