The Erwin Hotel in Venice commissioned Profeta Royalty to design a new floor of thirty luxury rooms atop the existing structure. A 15’ high, clerestory-lit corridor, over-sized rooms with large glass sliding doors opening onto balconies, a generous rooftop deck, and seismic and HVAC upgrades for the entire building are features of the design.
